The wait is almost over! Quarter Acre Farm is returning to the Easton Farmers’ Market this Saturday, April 4th, and we could not be more excited to see you and all our customers. Come find us in the middle of the parking lot, same spot as last year. The market runs every Saturday from 8am to 12pm, rain or shine, and we will be there every single week through December.
It Is Easter Weekend, Come Make a Morning of It
If you are planning a gathering for Easter make a stop at our booth as part of your holiday weekend. We will be there with our full taco and quesadilla menu, including a very special first-of-season treat (more on that below), and we are also bringing fresh pico de gallo and guacamole, made with simple, wholesome ingredients and no preservatives. Pick up a pint or two on Saturday morning and you will be set for Easter Sunday.
Early Bird Special: 2 Tacos for $10
From 8am to 9am only, grab any two tacos, mix and match, for just $10. Choose from our Egg & Cheese, Grilled Chicken, or Veggie Taco. It is the best reason we know of to get to the market early.
This Week’s Special: The Steak Taco Is Back
Juan Carlos is firing up the grill for the first time since mid-December with a fan favorite: the Steak Taco. Thinly sliced seared steak on a warm corn tortilla, topped with our fresh pico de gallo. Simple and delicious.
New This Spring: Roasted Garlic Powder
We have been dreaming about this one for a while. Introducing Quarter Acre Farm EATS Roasted Garlic Powder: our own certified organic, single-origin heirloom garlic, slowly roasted at low temperature to bring out the full, rich flavor, then ground into a pure powder. No fillers, no preservatives, no anti-caking agents. Just garlic, grown right here on the farm. It comes in a 3 oz glass jar for $10.00. We think you are going to love it.
Spring Seedlings Are Here
The greenhouse has been humming since late February, and we are arriving Saturday with a wonderful selection of certified organic spring seedlings, all grown right on the farm and ready to go straight into your garden. Each seedling comes in a 3-inch fiber pot at $5.00 per pot. This week’s seedling selection includes:
- Arugula
- Kale
- Lettuce
- Mustard
- Onions
- Peas
- Swiss chard
Also at the Booth
We are bringing a delicious selection of heirloom sweet potatoes, including Delaware Purple (reddish-purple skin, white flesh) and White Bonita (all white), along with Long Island Cheese and Seminole pumpkins and butternut squash, all wonderful for soups, curries, pies, and baked goods.
And do not forget: we still have farm-grown luffa sponges, 100% biodegradable and ranging from 5″ to 11″, perfect for the bath or kitchen.

Some of our most popular items sell out quickly, especially on opening weekend. You can place a pre-order at quarter-acre.com/shop and pick it up right at our booth Saturday morning. Pre-orders for this Saturday must be placed by Thursday, April 2nd at 8pm. Ordering ahead guarantees you get exactly what you want. If you prefer to shop in person, plan to arrive before 10am to make sure you do not miss out.
