Returning to Easton

The time has come for us to return to the Easton Farmers’ Market!

This Saturday, April 20th you will find our booth at our regular spot on the N. Washington Street side of the farmers’ market. For the early birds at the market we will have free seed bombs and seed catalogs while supplies last. The earlier you get to market the better your chances will be to snag some of these freebies.

We will have spring seedlings, luffa sponges, and pumpkins for sale. Our seedling selection right now includes sugar snap peas, snow peas, kale, swiss chard, arugula, asian greens, onions, and leeks. We will continue to add new seedling varieties each week. We expect to have tomato seedlings ready in about two weeks.

We have redesigned our online shop for placing orders for pick up at the farmers’ market. We hope it is simpler and easier to navigate. You will no longer need to have a login and it should work great on your mobile or tablet device. But it is a new system for us, so if you run into any problems when using it please let us know.

new online shop

The availability of the online shop will be the same as previous years, it will open Sunday evenings and close Thursdays at 8pm. So orders for Saturday pick up need to be placed by Thursday at 8pm, otherwise you will have to wait until next week. You will receive a reminder email from us about picking up your farmers’ market order Thursday after 8pm.

Our online shop contains photos and descriptions of everything we are currently selling. When you enter our online shop you will notice a drop down menu titled Categories click this to quickly get to the items you’re looking for like seedlings, farm merch, etc. Our online shop also has our take home items available. You can order our pico de gallo, guacamole, and ceviche by the half pint, pint, or quart.

We can’t wait to fire up the grill at the market and start slinging tacos again. We are returning this year with our much loved menu. Plus this season we are adding a Ceviche Tostada to the weekly menu. Our freshly made fish ceviche will be served on a bed of crisp lettuce on top of a crunchy corn tortilla. This delicious item is a refreshing brunch choice and goes perfect with our lemonade. Our fish ceviche is made of local white fish marinated in lime juice with ripe tomatoes, chopped onions, fresh cilantro, kosher salt, and black pepper.

Our special this week will be a Scrapple and Egg Taco. A crispy slice of scrapple topped with a fluffy scrambled egg served in a warm corn tortilla and garnished with pico de gallo.

We are so excited to return to the Easton Farmers’ Market this season and can’t wait to see everyone. Please swing by our booth and say hi if you can!
