Time for Brunch

This Saturday, November 25th is our annual Post-Thanksgiving Brunch at the Easton Farmers Market from 8am to 1pm. Tired of turkey, have guests visiting, and wanna get out of the house? Bring them out for tacos, quesadillas, hot soup, fresh lemonade, hot cocoa and more. Every purchase at our booth will get a free farm tote bag or a drink of your choice! This includes any pickup orders placed through our online shop too. It is a fun morning and during this time of Thanksgiving our way of showing gratitude to all our wonderful customers.

In addition to our delicious brunch this Saturday we will also have wonderful November produce available including heirloom pumpkins, sweet peppers, garlic, and sweet potatoes.

Our sweet potatoes have been very popular this season and the four varieties that we currently have for sale are only available in smalls, meaning that each potato ranges in size from 7 oz and under. These sweet potatoes are all heirloom varieties with thin skins so there is no need to peel them, just give them a quick wash and then roast them in the oven or steam them up on the stove top. They cook up real fast, making for a quick meal.

We have been working on the menu for this Saturday’s Post-Thanksgiving Brunch. We will have our regular offerings of tasty tacos, cheesy quesadillas, fresh squeezed lemonade, pico de gallo, guacamole, etc. Plus a few specials.

Our special taco will be Salsa Verde Pork, tender flavorful slow cooked pork in a robust tomatillo salsa with just a bit of heat, served on a warm corn tortilla. Our soup will be Chicken Vegetable, succulent chicken in a rich broth with carrots, celery, and onions. We will be whipping up hot cocoa made to order, using our house-made mix. Our luscious hot cocoa is dairy-free as we use coconut milk. We also have the mix available for sale by the pound so you can make it at home or share it with friends.
