It has been a chilly start to May with cold winds blowing through the last few days, but the sun is strong and bright and the greenhouse is keeping pace. We have tons of seedlings ready to go out into the garden right now and we cannot wait to share them with you this Saturday, May 9th!

New Seedlings This Week
The greenhouse is bursting right now and we have some exciting new arrivals this week: cucumbers, basil, sunflowers, and okra! These join our already wonderful selection of tomatoes, hot peppers, celery, summer squash, lettuce, and so much more. Remember, what we bring to the booth is just a sample of what is available. This Week’s Taco Special: Cheeseburger Taco
All your favorite burger flavors reimagined in taco form! Seasoned ground beef sautéed with onions, a melty layer of shredded cheese, and a dollop of our house-made pico de gallo, all served on a warm corn tortilla. Plus our full classic menu of tacos and quesadillas will also be available.
Take-Home Frozen Meal: Steak Fajitas with Cilantro Rice
This Saturday’s ready-to-heat frozen meal is a good one: thinly sliced steak with sweet peppers, onions, and garlic, served with a side of vibrant cilantro rice. A complete, satisfying meal that is ready whenever you are. Just heat and enjoy! This one typically sells out, so pre-order ahead to make sure you do not miss out.
