We are still buzzing from last Saturday. WOW. Thank you so much to everyone who came out to our first Easton Farmers’ Market of the 2026 season. We were blown away by the turnout and so grateful for every single one of you, our loyal regulars and so many wonderful new faces too.

You came hungry! We sold out of our pico de gallo, guacamole, ceviche, lemonade, and the demand for tacos and quesadillas was so high that we had to shut down the grill at 11am. We are truly sorry if you stopped by and we were already out of your favorites. That is never how we want your market morning to go. We will be better prepared this week, and we cannot wait to see you again this Saturday, April 11th.
This Week’s Taco Special: Grilled Octopus Taco
This one is special. Tender octopus, kissed by the grill for just the right char, served on warm corn tortillas and garnished with our fresh pico de gallo. The flavor lands somewhere between scallop and crab: delicately sweet, briny, and perfectly balanced. This is one of Chef Juan Carlos’ personal favorites, and we think it is going to be yours too. Trust us on this one.
Seasonal Special: Ceviche Tostada
With warm days ahead we are back with our fresh blue catfish ceviche, marinated in lime juice with tomatoes, chopped onions, fresh cilantro, kosher salt, and black pepper, served on a bed of lettuce on top of a crispy corn tostada. Fresh, bright, and absolutely perfect for spring days at the market. You can also take a pint of ceviche home, along with our pico de gallo and guacamole, to enjoy throughout the week.
They Are Back: Take-Home Frozen Meals
Our popular ready-to-heat frozen meals are back for the 2026 season, and this Saturday we are kicking things off with Pumpkin and White Sweet Potato Enchiladas. Our heirloom pumpkin and white sweet potatoes are roasted with onions, wrapped in corn tortillas, covered in a mild red sauce with a touch of heat, and topped with a delicious blend of cheeses. Pick them up at the market, pop them in your freezer or refrigerator when you get home, and heat them up in the microwave or oven when you are ready. Designed to serve one, but hearty enough to feed two with a side dish. Simple, wholesome, and marvelous.
Spring Seedlings and More
The greenhouse is keeping pace with demand and we are arriving Saturday with a fresh selection of certified organic spring seedlings, all grown right on the farm in 3-inch fiber pots at $5.00 per pot. This week’s seedling selection includes arugula, cilantro, kale, leeks, mustard, onions, parsley, and Swiss chard.
We will also have heirloom sweet potatoes (Delaware Purple and White Bonita), Long Island Cheese and Seminole pumpkins, butternut squash, luffa sponges, and our new roasted garlic powder.

Order Online for Market Pickup
Given how quickly things moved last Saturday, we strongly encourage pre-ordering this week. Place your order at quarter-acre.com/shop and pick it up right at our booth. Pre-orders must be placed by Thursday, April 9th at 8pm. If you prefer to shop in person and want access to our full selection of offerings, plan to arrive before 10am.
We are so grateful for this community and your support. It truly keeps this farm going. Bring your friends, bring your appetite, and we will see you Saturday morning!
